• Where do your products come from?

  We source our stock from a wide range of trusted partners — including Amazon customer returns, liquidation firms, bankrupt businesses, prep centres, and closing down retail stores. This means we can offer a constantly changing mix of quality items at incredible prices.

• Can I visit your warehouse or collect items in person?

  At the moment, we do not offer in-person visits or collections. All items are processed, packed, and shipped directly from our warehouse to ensure a smooth and secure experience for all buyers.

• How often do you list new stock?

  New items and pallet auctions are added regularly throughout the week. We recommend checking back often or signing up to our email list to be the first to know when fresh stock goes live.

• Do you offer full pallets or just single items?

  We offer both. You’ll find individual item auctions alongside full pallet and bulk lot listings — perfect for resellers, shop owners, or anyone looking to source products in volume.

• Are returns accepted?

  Due to the nature of liquidation and returns stock, most of our listings are sold as-is, and returns are not accepted unless stated otherwise. Each listing will clearly mention the condition, so be sure to read the description before bidding.

• Is bidding legally binding?

  Yes — placing a bid is a binding contract. All winning bids must be paid in full within 24 hours of the auction ending. Failure to pay may result in your account being suspended and future bids being blocked.

• Can I combine shipping for multiple items?

  We do offer combined shipping where possible to save you money. If you’ve won multiple items and would like them shipped together, please reach out to us at [email protected] before completing payment, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
